How it works
What happens, what I need and what to keep in mind.
The steps
Day 1
You send a message
On WhatsApp, with photos or a short video. You hear from me within one working day. Useful to send:
- What you're struggling with
- Where your data lives
- Your website
1–2 days
I work out what's possible
I look at your data and how you work, and come back with a proposal: what the assistant will do and what I need for it. Or an honest no.
5 minutes
You sign a short privacy agreement
We sign a short agreement. In it I promise to:
- keep your logins and data safe and share them with no one
- use them only for our work
- delete them when we stop
1–3 daysfree
I set up your assistant
You give access (see below). I set up the first tasks and test them with real examples.
5 daysfree
You try it out
Five days of real work with your data, in the app you already use:
- Telegram
- Discord
- Slack
- and more
No rush
You decide
If you like it, you get a quote: a fixed starting price plus a monthly fee. If you decline, I switch everything off and remove access. With a contract:
- I run the assistant, with no servers on your side
- I keep everything up to date and fix problems
- I set up new tasks
- you can cancel any month
Sharing access safely
You don't need to hand over your own password, and you decide how long access lasts.
A separate account with only the rights needed
Add an extra user with only the rights needed, like a Shopify staff account or a shared Google folder.
Through your password manager
Share a login through a link that expires by itself, for example after a day.
Temporary, and always revocable
Give access for the trial only, and withdraw it whenever you like.
Access to your data
No particular software needed: whatever the assistant can reach, it can work with.
For example:
Google Drive, Sheets and Docs
A separate Google account, with only the folders it needs shared.
iCloud Drive
A shared folder with the assistant's Apple account.
Dropbox
A shared folder. It only sees what's in it.
Instagram and Facebook
A connection to your business page, for comments and messages.
Your calendar
Suggest appointments, send reminders or summarise your day.
Notion
Only the pages and lists you choose.
Your website
Its own account, for example in WordPress. Changes only after your approval.
Something completely different?
Accounting, customer records, planning or plain Excel: the proposal states what's needed, or that it isn't possible.
Good to know
No access, no exact figures
Files you send over help too, but figures that are right every hour need a direct connection.
It checks itself, but isn't infallible
It checks its work and asks first on prices or commitments to customers.
Which chat app works best?
The one you already use, like WhatsApp Business, Telegram or Slack. No need to switch.
